Hey everyone, I have unqualified good news! We're in Houston and Mom had a scan yesterday- the first since she started the current study. The prelim results are wonderful!

Wait Wait Wait, Now Go Go Go
Wait wait wait - now go go go. Over the last 5 months I have completed 6 rounds of a clinical trial called MT-3724 at MDAnderson (what I refer to as my "beauty rest").

...Autumn was such a blur with change and new experiences, new friends, new learning curve, 12 flights back and forth, where to stay?, who to call?, How to proceed with the details of life?

Official Diagnosis
Today we got the official diagnosis - Follicular Lymphoma - and scheduled the appointment with the oncologist for tomorrow morning.

Good news from our first visit with the oncologist
We had the first meeting with our oncologist today and we are feeling great :-) We love the doctor, and she corrected us about the scary stuff that we (and maybe you) read online yesterday - Mom's cancer is curable.
