This cook-up was life altering for me!

Short and sweet, this guide to flexible, healthful, beautiful eating is what I was looking for in a nutshell! I saw this cook-up plan in action on many occasions in the author's kitchen. Simply put forth in this little book, the strategy is easy to implement. I was amazed as I drove past fast food, home to a waiting fridge full of great meals I could create in very little time.

I love what mason jars of prepped food do for me! No more being afraid to look in my fridge at piles of bags and odd containers with dubious contents. My fridge looks, smells and stays clean.

I can see what I’ve got and it looks great! Moreover, those ready-to-grab prepped foods made me much more creative as a cook! Suddenly, instead of thinking, “this might be good in the eggs, but I don’t feel like cutting it up,” I heard myself saying aloud, “Ooo! Let’s add a little of this, and a bunch of that and HEY—-this would taste great!”

And, lest you think you don’t have time for food prep, this approach is a huge time saver. Moreover, I used to dread all the cutting before each meal, hauling stuff out, inspecting it, smelling it, cleaning up after it, meal after meal. Dread is NOT a good ingredient! Now I feel happy doing the prep, knowing I am making my life enjoyable and easy by doing it. I don’t always do all my prep at once, but even when I break it up, it is still saving me time and drudgery. I’ll do some of my prep while the water boils or the dishwasher runs or waiting for my husband to get in from yard work before dinner.

I can’t say enough about this cook-up approach of Linda’s. It has turned me from an average, resentful, bored cook into a darn good one who actually enjoys making healthful food that’s beautiful and delicious!
