Savory Salads (first entry) are all about flavor and texture! Here are a few of my favorite must have, how to’s, dressings and ingredients. I have a theory that if people did this method of salad making three things would happen:
They would LOVE it because it is so delicious!
They would CRAVE it and eat a lot more salad.
They would FEEL GOOD because they would reduce inflammation in their bodies and feel truly satiated instead of a spike/crash eating pattern.
