Official Diagnosis

Today we got the official diagnosis - Follicular Lymphoma - and scheduled the appointment with the oncologist for tomorrow morning.  We hadn't expected either of those developments until next week, so we're grateful for the answers and the prospect of many more tomorrow. Mom is feeling well enough that we planned to come back to Union City today, but now that we have an appointment so soon we're going to spend another day here at Marcy's and come home tomorrow.  We'll let you know about the treatment plan and timing after we see the oncologist.  

Colt came out last night and the three of us watched Runaway Bride on netflix - mom and I had seen it years ago but forgot that it's not a good movie.  We had fun anyway, and Mom stayed awake through the whole thing, which she basically never can. Zack's coming today and Colt's skipping school, so we're going to snuggle up and watch some movies or read Harry Potter.
