In 2013 I was faced with a life changing diagnosis.
And it turned my world upside down. How was I going to get through it? The diagnosis was Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. What followed, was a 5 year journey that finally brought me to full remission.
Every day was another test, another experiment, another gauntlet for my body to be pushed through. I needed healing, and even though what the doctors were putting me through was eradicating the cancer in me, it was taking a huge toll on my physical and mental health.
I needed healing of my whole body, mind and spirit.
Since 2016, I’ve been following a whole foods “cook-up” lifestyle that enables me to have healthy, yummy, “fast” whole food that’s ready to eat all week long in my refrigerator. It’s so much easier to re-fuel my body and heal it from the core when I’m intentional about what I put in it.
And most of all, it is FUN! Especially if you invite family and friends to enjoy the process!
