Happy Birthday To Me: Transplant Day

Happy birthday to me!

Hey everybody!

Just want to let you know the transplant is at 12:30 ET / 11:30 CT.

Dr. Andersson will be here to oversee the process and we are excited!!!

This is just a short note and update because I am running out of both juice on my phone and clearheaded-ness because they just put in my pre-meds

After this anything I say or do that may be out of character – you'll need to blame, or probably thank – my sister Amy!!!

Thanks for the best birthday present ever Sis!!! Also – other than you know my first birthday – that was pretty awesome of you guys Mom and Dad!! 

I have survived this far and even under special torture with Marcy – who takes her role of head torturer very seriously!!  \She has kept me well accounted for lap counter, out/input writer downer, movie night picker – outer, laundress, sassy pants when needed, and sometimes when not needed.

Thanks for all the light - good vibes - rays of light - prayers - thoughts of encouragement - cards and letters - Facetimes - Facebook messages - general blanket of comfort and consolation - You have given me!!

We made it everybody! I would absolutely not be – if it wouldn't have been for all of you- thank you, thank you! 

Drugs are gaining on me- going to sleep for a while - will wake up with my new system beginning its work. So if I start acting like Amy Bracken – you'll know it really worked.!! I always wanted to be like my big sis! Now well even have the same blood type.
