Free Flow

Here is a little of what I call my FREE FLOW

...Autumn was such a blur with change and new experiences, new friends, new learning curve, 12 flights back and forth, where to stay?, who to call?,  How to proceed with details of life? Mom, Marcy and Dan here in Houston helping me with the initial onslaught of details and decisions.  Bone Marrow testing with Amy and Barry -- PERFECT MATCHES!!! First human on this trial to get such great results-- (you can look at up on clinicaltrials.gov MT-3724)!! Doctors and all very encouraged of how I am doing!  Everyone knowing it is a breakthrough and miracle for me!! Now-- How to finish what I started with projects? The blessing of having projects to do!!

Thank you God for the distraction of having so much to work on!  This was such a gift to me (culminating with the Quiltmaker's Gift of December 5).  How I prayed for this vision of creating a theatre group for 1 1/2 years called Storybook Theatre and how God answered that prayer...how to proceed now?  Thank you Christina and Cheryl. Now living in an artist compound in Houston with Dixi Friend Gay-- an artist and new friend who seems to be looking out for all the ways she can help me.  I truly have a friend in Dixi:)  And friends in New York who hosted beautiful Bekah and me for the weekend with shows and apartment in order to make another dream come true.  Thank you Mike Karns and Julian Decker Jim Wilhelm and Jeff Potter!! We will never be the same!  Never Never Never (Thanks Joel Osteen).

How to thank everyone that has been so thoughtful and supportive? Overwhelmed by this.  Truly overwhelmed by the daily blessings.  So many abundant details God seems to care about...this apartment...healing with every "beauty treatment" I get...the absolute miracle that I am here and healing everyday... including getting pink eye in NYC but all I needed to do is call my Doctor on his cell phone on a Sunday morning (AND HE ANSWERED!! -- thank you DR. YAKISH) from NYC and got a prescription in less than 1/2 hour at Walgreens across the street.  Phone calls from friends that encourage me and ask when they can come.  Checks and money from people who are supporting us while we get through this tough time.   Dan planning our amphitheater and farm! -- You need to get the woodshop done first though.  I love you honey.  Bekah continuing to nurture and love those in your life so beautifully and fully!  You are a gift to us all Bekah love.  Zack finishing up your last semester at Penn State in a tent  (Hunter shot 450 lb. bear next to his camp!) Your life of tuna and venison is coming to an end honey!!  Colt finishing up your 1st semester at Penn State-- lots of changes and growth for you dear!  Can't wait to see you all on Saturday!! Let's decorate the tree. You are all in my heart and thoughts everyday --This life of prayer.  Mom and Dad praying. Karen praying.  St. Luke's praying.  Beaverdam praying. So many churches praying. All of my friends and family and complete strangers praying.  Lakewood Church building me up in hope and prayer as well.  Every little step guided by God's hand.  Next projects...1.Linda's Story...a book (thanks Phil Himmler)/show and paintings (thanks Dixi)... and 2.  a show that I have been going to write since just before I was diagnosed in 2013--Joni Mitchell  (She has been an artistic inspiration for me my whole life).  Now it's Christmas in Houston and the weather is in the 70's and 80's-- but went to New York and it was perfect there too!  Found a painting kit for 60% off at Michael's- going to paint today. I will sing if I can get rid of the cough.

A few Scriptures from Dodie Osteen's Healed of Cancer booklet that she gave me when she prayed over me-- that are reminding me of God's promises:
Psalm 118:17:  I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord

Proverbs 4:20-22 My son, daughter, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.  Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.

Isaiah 41:10, 13  Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.  For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand Saying to you, 'Fear not, I will help you'.

Isaiah 53:5   He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for your iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

Jeremiah 30:17  For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds.

Joel 3:10b Let the weak say, "I am strong."

Isaiah 27:5  Let him take hold of My strength.

Matthew 8:2- It is God's will for you to be healed.  Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.  And Jesus said these simple words, I am willing; be cleansed.

Matthew 8:17 He Himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses.

Matthew 18:18 You can take authority over the sickness in your body.  Assuredly, I say to you whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Romans 8:11 He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

John 10:10  The thief does not come except to steal, and kill, and to destroy.  I have come that you may have life, and that you may have it more abundantly.

This last scripture has special meaning for me -- always has.

Some misc. pics from all the above...

Love to you all and Merry Christmas!
